The innovative company Loop Robots developed and produced a robot – SAM – in the Netherlands that disinfects with UV-C light and state-of-the-art robot technology. SAM eliminates viruses and bacteria effectively. The robot navigates independently and calculates the amount of UV-C light that has reached each part of a room and produces a report. This technology is used to deal with hospital infections and reduces the use of chemicals.
