Today, VINCI Energies announces that it has acquired Aqualectra in Heerhugowaard. With this acquisition it strengthens its portfolio in panel building and its knowledge in the field of low and medium voltage within three of its business lines: Industry, Building Solutions and Infrastructure.
Aqualectra was founded in 1979 and offers, with 125 employees, services and total solutions for energy distribution, control engineering, building automation and industrial automation, among others in industry, wet and dry infrastructure, O.E.M., utilities, offshore and maritime, transport and transshipment, drinking water and water treatment and horticulture.
