VINCI Energies acquires rond holding including the rond consulting, rond software & maintenance and PurpleHRM operating companies. With this acquisition, VINCI Energies strengthens the Intelligent Apps portfolio for data analytics and low-code development within the Axians brand in the Netherlands and her position as primary partner of Qlik, SAP and Mendix.
Since 2007, the rond operating companies in Amersfoort have grown to over 40 specialists who provide the design, development and maintenance of business analytics and low-code solutions for medium-sized and large organizations in retail, industry and local government. In addition, a further deepening of HR analytics is concluded with standard software solutions positioned under the name PurpleHRM.
