Today VINCI Energies announces that it has acquired VerAutomation in Middelbeers and Andelst. This acquisition strengthens its industrial automation portfolio with UL knowledge and expertise within the Industry business line.
For 25 years VerAutomation, with 85 employees, has offered services and solutions in industrial automation, panel building and installation technology with a focus on the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) market segment. The various activities consist of software and hardware engineering, panel building, installation and maintenance of industrial automation solutions and complete electrical installations.
General Manager Theo Verouden: ‘Over the past 25 years, our company has grown into a valued partner for our customers and the market and is now ready for the next phase. By joining a strong parent organisation that wishes to retain our identity and way of working, we can take another big step forward for our customers and employees.’
VerAutomation is known for its customer-oriented and innovative approach and is specialised in the production and certification of control panels for the Dutch, American (UL) and Canadian (cULus) markets.

I am looking forward to work together and to apply the best of both worlds for our clients’.
This acquisition is fully in line with VINCI Energies’ strategy to strengthen its industrial portfolio. VerAutomation will continue to trade under its own name.
Jos van Uden, Managing Director at VINCI Energies: Jos van Uden, Managing Director of VINCI Energies: “VerAutomation’s expertise complements our Actemium business units and offers strong added value to our industrial automation portfolio for customers in the machine building and manufacturing industries. We are very proud to welcome VerAutomation and its engineers into our organisation’.
