VINCI Energies Netherlands acquires 2G Plus BV  (Field  Service Plus); a specialist in low-code that offers support to organizations with a technical field service in telecom, utilities and technical engineering. This acquisition strengthens the position of Axians, the ICT brand of VINCI Energies, in the low-code market and the market of organizations with a field service organization. 

Out of Harderwijk (NL), Field  Service Plus, was founded in 2014 and has grown into a specialist in the area of efficiency for field service organizations. A team of ten experts on the Mendix’s low-code platform works daily on the software that takes care of the complete communication, planning, logistics and document flow for technical staff in the field.

The Mendix platform offers field service teams the opportunity to digitize faster. One of the main challenges is ensuring that technicians in the field can work productively and ‘First Time Right’. The complexity of working with multiple parties, the often complex planning and the large number of underlying systems make the organization and the work process around field service teams complex. Field Service Plus takes back control, simplifies the number of actions and is available on any laptop or mobile device.

The activities of Field Service Plus will continue under the name Axians in the near future joining the network of more than 300 Business Analytics & Low-Code professionals active in the Netherlands.
