VINCI Energies acquires ADM System Engineering Ltd in Canada, a multi-disciplined engineering and system integration firm in automation, data management, mechanical design and industrial energy management. With this acquisition, VINCI Energies puts its first step in Canada and enhances its industrial services portfolio overseas. .

ADM is an engineering company since 2002. Operating from two offices in Atlantic Canada, the company grew steadily, adding a third office and expanding services as well as geographical reach. In 2016 ADM realized with 40 employees a turnover of 4 million euros. ADM serve customers in the industrial market segments Food & Beverage, Mining, Automotive, Power-Gen and Forest products.

ADM will be part in time of Actemium network, the brand of VINCI Energies dedicated to Industry market, with 300 business units in more than 40 countries.
