Acquisition of Stork Doetinchem
VINCI Energies increases its national cover. As of 1 September 2015, VINCI Energies in the Netherlands will acquire all activities of Stork in Doetinchem. The industrial and building-based activities will be continued under the brand names of Actemium and VINCI Facilities.

By acquiring the Stork activities in Doetinchem, we are increasing our national cover and reinforcing our position for both brands in the eastern region of the country. Actemium focuses on consultation regarding design, construction and maintenance of industrial installations, working for clients in the various markets. VINCI Facilities offers facility services and is specialised in integrated and multidisciplinary total solutions in the building-based environment.”
According to Peter Derks, this acquisition will not result in any particular changes for our clients, in principle. “Following the acquisition, our clients will retain their trusted contact persons and can continue to rely on their own team of specialists. In fact, this expansion of both the Actemium and the VINCI Facilities network will enable us to serve our clients even more comprehensively, and is proof that we are the network for safe and sustainable solutions and services for both industry and for the building-based environment.”
