• Strengthening VINCI Energies industrial portfolio in the Netherlands

On Oct. 7, VINCI Energies announced its intention to acquire the Dutch companies RH Marine Netherlands B.V and Bakker Sliedrecht Electro Industrie B.V., subject to approval by the Authority Consumer & Market (ACM). The ACM has now granted its approval to the transaction, making the acquisition final.

With this transaction, VINCI Energies gains market position in the maritime sector in the Netherlands and strengthens its industrial portfolio.
