In the month in which Bosman Bedrijven celebrates its 60th anniversary, the Authority for Consumer & Market (ACM) gave permission to VINCI Energies to acquire the company for good. In doing so, VINCI Energy reinforces its services portfolio in Building Solutions.

Bosman Bedrijven supplies and manages technical solutions for a comfortable and sustainable living and working environment. Its expertise is focused on the design, installation and management of mechanical, sanitary and electrical systems in the non-residential market. Bosman Bedrijven achieves this via a multidisciplinary approach to projects, including The Edge office building in the Zuidas (Amsterdam), as well as in the technical management and maintenance of technical installations.
