Vandaag maakt VINCI Energies de voorgenomen overname bekend van Koning en Hartman, een technologiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in communicatienetwerken. Door deze acquisitie versterkt zij haar portfolio in de ICT en telecom alsmede in de industrie.
VINCI Energies today announces its intention to acquire technology company Koning & Hartman. This acquisition strengthens its portfolio in the telecom industry, technical automation and infrastructure, enabling it to deliver even more added value to existing and potential customers. The transaction will be submitted to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).
The history of Koning & Hartman goes back more than 120 years. Through the installation of measurement and control systems and later systems and services for data communication, Koning & Hartman played a pioneering role in telecom, industry, technical automation and infrastructure. The organisation specialises in smart, reliable and sustainable solutions, such as Smart Industry & Factory Automation, Mission Critical Communication, Wireless Connectivity and Mobility and Dealing & Control. These customer-specific solutions are supplied by Koning & Hartman in the Benelux to organisations in Healthcare, Public Order & Safety, Public Transport, Industry, Financial Service providers, Business services and Telecom operators. Their activities are a good fit for the brand portfolio of VINCI Energies. VINCI Energies serves the market with the brands Actemium, Axians, Omexom and VINCI Facilities.

In 2018, Koning & Hartman, with some 320 employees in the Netherlands and Belgium, achieved a turnover of € 66 million. The transaction is expected to be concluded by early July 2019.
